No, I did not know that. Thank your for this. I was wondering how a 391 page, documented lawsuit like that could be issued, and then -- nothing. OTOH it's long been my belief that litigation exists, has always existed, merely to supply the 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 of justice -- of some availability of redress for the little person -- but not the actual 𝘴𝘶𝘣𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦. What a profound disappointment - these guys have been cleverly stealing our minds and hearts in plain sight.
